I am going to show you two recipes, the Sweet version without sugar and the salty version, for afternoon tea, to take as a snack and eat at any time of the day, for a healthy, plant-based diet.

OAT AND SALTED CARROT COOKIES 38 units approximately
1 cup of grated carrot
1 ½ ground oatmeal
¼ cup of plain water
1 teaspoon salt
3 tablespoons olive oil or any other vegetable oil
Optional: sesame or sesame seeds to taste to decorate
Preheat the oven 180 degrees
Cook for approximately 6 to 8 minutes.
Store in a closed container for approximately 3 days.
They can be frozen, thawed at room temperature, baked or pan-heated.
COOKIES OF AVENA AND CARROT WITHOUT SUGAR 11 units approximately
1 cup of grated carrot
1 ¼ cup ground oatmeal
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
½ cup of water
¼ cup of raisins
¼ cup chopped walnuts or any other dried fruit
Preheat the oven 180 degrees
Cook 5 minutes on each side
Store in a closed bottle for approximately 3 days.
They can be frozen, thawed at room temperature, can be heated in the oven or in the pan
