They look so poor they can't feed their children let alone the horses. Such a shame if by taking the horses they have taken away the people's way of making a living.. Poverty creates so many problems.
This really upsets me all these horses should be taken away from these people the poor animal really what right do they have to have these horses because they dont treat them properly its shocking
