My family found cheap business class flights to Cartagena on Copa Airlines. We used IHG free night certificates to stay at the Intercontinental Cartagena. Cartagena is a vibrant city that has some amazing preserved architecture in the Old Town. We had such an amazing time visiting great restaurants, buying art, and exploring beaches.
