Points Diva is your go to source for traveling on points and miles along with fabulous trip videos. My goal is to inspire others to travel while promoting financial literacy. You'll have access to visually stunning videos that promote credit card strategies to maximize travel.
Thank you for this video! We are headed there in a few days. We were told it would be $125 per kid (we have a 3&5 year old). Happy to learn that you only paid $75 per kid!! Hopefully it will be the same for us (we are globalists)!
We have reservations with our children they are in July. I’m really concerned about the beach because everything I read is that it’s really small. How is the beach? Is it really crystal clear? Does it feel big enough and is it easy to go in and out of the beach is very important to us.
There were 2 separate beaches on the property. They are small but it was perfect for kids. Also the water is crystal clear. You'll love it for your family. Enjoy!
Omg I’m tired of y’all and these videos. This is why they keep changing the points rules. Stop posting everything. Ruining my business class experience.
Happy Birthday Points Diva, 40 looks amazing on you🥳! I enjoy your content and I always learn great travel tips.I love how honest you are about your experience while still being positive❤.
A correction. Since you were flying long haul business class on a Star Alliance partner, you could've accessed the far better Polaris Lounge. Per United: "You can use a United Polaris Lounge prior to a long haul Star Alliance partner flight in first or business class; this is only possible at the long haul international gateway prior to your long haul flight, and not at other points during your connecting journey."
Super helpful review! Quick questions: how did you drive up to the Turtle Center? Rental Car? Taxi? Second question, we have an almost 2-year-old. Was it fun for your toddler?
I love lounges they are my needed peace, as a black woman in Central Europe the security process is often very humiliating. I was recently very impressed by he lounge at Oman airport. Design and size, options and quality of food, facilities.... Everything was good. And the cherry on top was a luxurious double room with a very nice bathroom. Other nice lounges with good food are le Saigons in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi lounge, Thai Air lounges.....in general Africa and Asia have nice lounges, at least where I have been.
Service is the typical Swiss (Europe in general/US culture shock. Americans are used to high attention, someone always around to check, asking everything is okay but for Europeans it is way too much annoying in that way, we prefer more privacy and calm and if we need something, we make the sign or whatever required (like push the button in airplane) to ask.
I’m booked to travel Swiss air to January from London to Bali, Bali to Singapore and Singapore to London via a multi city ticket. This is my first time traveling with them, I’m a little apprehensive because of the negative reviews about lost baggage and poor customer services. I travel and trust God that all will be well. Hopefully I will come back here with a review post travels.
Thanks for the info ❤️ I have 2 questions about flying with points. How far in advance do you recommend buying international flights with points? If the flight is cancelled or changed by the airline for some reason would I get my points back?
The best deals are when the flights first open around 11 months and last min around 2 weeks before the flight. Yes you will get your points and taxes back.
