Hey I've been cracking my wrist for about 4 years now (I know it's stupid) and it's getting to the point where it hurts 24/7. Do you think I could be experiencing torn cartilage or just some other form of damage. I can still make a strong fist, lift heavy weights but sometimes it feels like electricity goes up my arm from my wrist to my shoulder if I hit my wrist in a certain area. I know your not a doctor, but I just wanted to know if you might think surgery is the way to go?
X-rays and MRI is the way to go then maybe surgery also you can Google wrist widget I'm wearing it and it helps a lot it helps your wrist from going into ulnar deviation
