In the French dub, Christophe Lemoine (his voice actor) delivered it with a very "No waaaay..." tone like the Goth kids leader with the Emo episode. Makes you feel so bad for him 🤣
@@repentandbelieveinjesuschr9495 fucking hate people who quote Ecclesiastes thinking they did something. Guess what: the book is more than just this one line that you evangelists love to quote, the whole point of Ecclesiastes is finding simple pleasure in the trivialities of life. I strongly doubt you live by those metrics though, considering you go around telling people to be afraid. You're using God's name in vain, I hope you're self aware enough to know that.
@@glowingsunrise1030 cause hes jewish and this "gentle"man here made a joke of stereotype of jews who do a lot in banking and accounting which is not that true at all btw
Wow really? How did you figure that out? By him shaking, telling 'I'm not gonna make it', telling 'Must fight it. Need 40 dollars'? Give this guy some sort of smartass award, he really is a genius.
Yeah, Cartman tried so hard not to make fun of him but cousin Kyle was too tempting a target to make fun of. Heck, even Pip and Butters would likely tease the hell out of him as he's SO annoying!
@@padelacklesit would be so funny if Kyle pulled cartman aside and made that deal only for them to come back to Stan absolutely tearing into cousin Kyle
I just love how well this was executed. Stan: He knew Cartman was going to rip on him. Kyle: Wanted to ensure it didn’t happen. Cartman: Tried but the moment he heard “concentrate” was his breaking point It’s even funnier how no one else in class cared because it’s like they just wanted him to shut up.
I felt this way during teacher training this year. It was right after a ship collided with and destroyed a bridge in Baltimore. A teacher from Baltimore was doing a demonstration slide presentation of the things we have and don't have in Baltimore City. You can probably guess what slide I suggested they add 😂😂😂
I suppose some people have that one person who is their frenemy (that person who is their friend and their enemy at the same time). This dynamic tends to appear in a group of friends more often. Another example is Tori and Jade from Victorious.
Honestly, I wonder why Cartman even bothered trying to keep the deal after "Kyle" asked him about the price of his jacket. He must have realized at that point it was a doomed effort XD
0:02 is the best scene in the episode. Cartman hasn't really seen a stereotype like Kyle 2 before. So his blades are kinda dull at this point. But after this episode, he sharpens them MUCH more effectively.
This show was better when it focused on telling simple, funny stories with off the wall original characters, instead of SNL style parodies of whatever was in the news last week.
Agreed. But on the other hand, each show, no matter what topic, will have handled every trope they could refer to within 8 or 9 seasons. At that point you either quit _or_ try to be inspirited by current events. It's a fair deal. I'd rather see the show running with more mediocre episodes and some gems in between, instead of it dying completely.
I understand what you mean but South Park still remained good for a long time. Haven’t seen the recent seasons, but it had greater longevity than nearly any other show. All these shows eventually seem to stray away from their original crude roots
You know, first time I watched this I knew there were two screamingly funny ways this could go. They went with the failure route, but I wanted to see Cartman succeed by TECHNICALLY being extremely polite while endlessly ragging on both Kyles. "Oh you want to be an Investment Banker? You certainly seem to have great potential in that occupation. Have you discussed this with Kyle, Kyle? Perhaps even making a family business of such a endeavor?" "Excuse me Mister Kyle I'm rather curious about certain portions of your culture, I have heard that the Jewish people keep a bag of gold around their neck, is this true?" Just asking all sorts of 'polite' questions or 'friendly' observations while Kyle is there FUMING. Then twisting the knife by complementing Kyle for being so like his cousin Kyle that if you didn't know any better you would swear they were brothers! Twins even! What an uncanny family resemblance! The whole time a massive smile on his face.
As a child learning about the hallocaust in bethlehem I always wondered if concentration camps where the place Jewish children with attention defecit disorder went on summer vacation.
