Caeser defeated Cartman cause he never acknowledged Cartman or talked to him directly or responded to the stuff he says, Cartman is a narcissist and narcissistic people thrive on attention and response it makes it easier for them to manipulate and control someone or a situation depending on how that person responds. Ceaser took away the things that gives Cartman who is a narcissist power so Cartman wasn't able to do to Caeser what he does to most people he encounters making him powerless.

Let it be known that Liane is responsible for how her son is the way he is, and when she had enough, Liane turned the blame onto Cartman instead. She even went to the nannies and Cesar to save face for the fact that everything her son does is because of her. Even though Cartman definitely is a racist, bigoted, spoiled, intolerant, child-like sociopath, he's the one that should have the pity. Liane is the epitome of an irresponsible parent one can be.
