tesa® 6042 ProSeal is an automation solution for automotive Hole Covering applications. The end effector can be equipped cartridges carry different tesa® sealing patches. These cartridges rotate in a circular process between the customer and at a local tesa facility, taking care about the refill of the cartridge. High application speed can be achieved, as this product carries up to 4.000 die-cuts and needs no material refill in between and the application of different diameters with the 2-stamp design as well as the automatic cartridge change. The end effector can be equipped with different tesa Hole Covering patches.
