What I appreciate most in this video of yours is that, not only are you a top-level artist, but you are one of the few who reveals his techniques to anyone who wants to try their hand at this hobby. It's not common. Often those who have mastered "an art" tend to jealously guard their secrets of creating their works. But not you, who makes every new job an opportunity to create a real tutorial. You sir are a treasure! I am a lucky guy to say that I have a beautifully handcrafted Purple Heart themed walking stick! It has an eagle sitting on the top! It is my most treasured staffs! A gentleman from Ok carved it and donated it to me during my recovery after combat injuries to my legs. It was donated anonymously so I didn’t get the opportunity to thank him for this beautiful heartfelt, heart carved staff of art! So I’ll pass a thank you to you for my anonymous gentleman in the Great state of Oklahoma! That staff you carved is incredible! A true work of art! Only venomous snake found in Michigan. They are smaller than most rattle snakes. I have seen them three to four feet long.. They are a protected species in Michigan They need a special habitat. Usually not too far from water or swampy areas.

I’m always uplifted when I see the notification for a new Stinnett Sticks video! One of these days I’m going to attempt a snake walking stick between fish carving projects. I have a walking stick carved by an old Cherokee man that my father bought from him for five dollars in 1932. It has a snake coiled around it facing a lizard held to the stick by a belt, all carved with exquisite detail. The colors are still amazingly good.

I love the wood grain it really stands out ... I came across a pygmy rattler here in Florida my dog was barking at it .. small lil thing but sure was mad at the dog a friend came and got it and released it away from my house..

I can only Mr. Gwinnett if I could afford it ,I would pay more for your art that has a purpose then any goofy looking thing at a museum!!!! Love detail,process and the dog that help you get everything perfect!! Hope you have a great life!!!
