That music is soothing and beautiful. Makes me feel like I'm floating on a gondola. You know how much I love your pot. Wow, I LOVE the variety of seafood/shellfish. My kids would not be able to eat. They are allergic to shellfish. Garlic and chilies... Yum. No tomatoes for me. Did you add cream at 04:20? I went back twice but didn't see you add it. Your parsley is so curly. I have never seen that type of pasta in our store. I recently found something similar, but it was rainbow. I bought it, but idk what I will do with it yet. VERY nice outcome and superb presentation.
