I had a promise to myself when my son was still a toddler---that I'll be cooking food for him in such a way that when he grows up and he is out there in the world with friends and eating out in fancy restaurants, he would say "I tasted this first at home!" I didn't know if I succeeded. He is a grown up man now (and a kind one for which I thank God with all my heart).

Oh my family would love this recipe. I made a similiar dish a while ago, but I love how you build yours and everything came together. Definitely better than take out. I am always disappointed the times we do take out. It is never as good as homemade, but convience perserves at time. 😂 This is absolutely delicious! Great job and thank you for everything.
