So what actually caused the problem? I have a 445ct, previous owner wired it to come on when u sit in seat. Nothing happens now when I sit in the seat so I have a 25 thousand dollar yard ornament. I liked how you affectionately called yours " turd"
Electrical problems seem to be the curse of these things. This one was a short to ground in the backup lights or rear work lights. It had also seen some creative wiring. I really couldn't say for sure because your machines creative wiring sounds different from this one. I can suggest checking the seat switch and wiring. After that I'm as lost you are without laying hands on it
