pto quit on 5130, $2500 later dealer found snapring was worn holding pto shaft in place!!!!!!! also steering was kicking out all hydraulics when turning wheels all way out, 2 hyd pumps later fixed problem with $2300
Kurcze mój to właśnie ma, odpalam i świeci kontrolka pomarańczowa, wyciągam przekaźnik po prawej bliżej mnie przy kierownicy, wkładam spowrotem, słychać jakby zawory się otworzyły i pracuje, czasami rozłączy ale wciśnięcie sprzęgła i przechodzi, na drugim pułbiegu nie jeżdżę bo rozłącza napęd, myślicie ze to coś innego skoro przy odpalaniu już jest błąd?
Dzięki za odpowiedź , mówisz o elektrozaworach od połówek, a wykręcałeś je całe czy tylko cewki zamieniłeś? Miałem zamiar zamienić czujniki, ale spróbuję zamienić

That will be the 2nd shift pressure sensor there behind the right hand side steps under cab floor swap it with another sensor on the to see if it is that from the top of the bank of switch’s they don’t go in order 1 2 3 4 !!! From the top It’s 3 shift 1 shift 2 shift 4 shift if not the pressure sensor then head for the solenoids there location is in the same place 1 solenoid and 1 pressure sensor for each shift put multi meter over these test the continuity through them to check if the coil that operate them has gone or not solenoid valve can be taken apart for cleaning With some very fine grade wet dry paper 1200 grade sand paper on the main piston shuttle does help Now I’ve seen you had another fault with forward reverse this can be loads of things main 1 is wear on clutch pedal linkage or clutch pedal valve under seat on top off the back end on high tractor hrs..... try putting foot under clutch pedal pull it up may go with a bang and jump in reverse!,! 😆 I had 1 that did that!!! Or can be clutch pedal reset switch under dash on the pedal could also be the gas accumulator sphere on the side next to the shifts these loose the pressure they even the pressure of oil in the transmission line so when you change shift change forward reverse put pto in gear ....... it smooth the oil flow out and stops a drop in pressure if they go weak it will register low oil pressure and lock out new sphere are about £180 if I remember right solenoid are about same price too pressure switch’s can’t remember not brought 1 for years now!!!
Cześć Marcin mógłbym prosić o kontakt pv bo mam problem z Casem mianowicie nie wiem co oznacza jedna kontrolka a że ciągnik posiadamy od 1.5 miesiąca to nie wiemy czy to jakaś zła czy dobra. :)
Opinia jest prosta. Są to bardzo dobre ciągniki. Pod warunkiem że kupisz od pierwszego rolnika/właściciela np. z Danii/Niemiec. Wtedy jest pewność że był dobrze serwisowany i jest na oryginalnych częściach. Jak kupisz w Polsce, to prawdopodobnie to będzie 7 właściciel i olej był 2 razy wymieniany, chodził dzień i noc, i miał 14 traktorzystów którzy nie dbali o przekładnię i bawili się reversem przód-tył-przód-tył itp. bo "to nie moje" Cena oczywiście o połowę niższa niż z bezpośredniego importu. Jednakże życzę szczęścia i powodzenia w znalezieniu dobrego egzemplarza.
Jeden kolega mi napisał na 99% to co podejrzewa: "First thing I would think is the pressure switch which is supposed to detect oncoming system pressure in (this instance 2nd) and sends a message to the controller to continue engaging the 2nd solenoid, if it doesn't see pressure it cuts the 12v supply to the solenoid. There is an amber light on the left side of the dashboard which flashes to indicate known failure modes, for this type of failure 5 flashes should occur the moment it looses drive. It is entirely likely that inside this pressure switch the diaphragm has split, recogniseable because the switch body will be wet with oil Underneath the cab behind the right side steps you'll notice a bank of 4 solenoids vertically mounted and adjacent are 4 pressure switches facing outwards (bullet-like things) arranged top to bottom in the order of 3, 1, 2, 4. They are not easy to remove, the best way is to mark the wires and start from the top and work down to #2. "
