We hope that this explanation helps you better understand our Case Analysis Pro feature, ranking, waiting for decision and received numbers 🤗✨
Remember that the ranking is not static but dynamic. For example, new users join and enter new cases every day, each of which has its own position in the waiting line, therefore affecting other people's ranking. Also, existing cases keep moving ahead over time with different processing speed for each (for example, some cases jump from Received to Decision, while others are still stuck in Biometrics, etc). This affects your ranking as well. Overall, our app takes the moves of all cases registered in our app into account and revises ranking everyday. That's why the ranking keeps changing, but the percentage usually doesn't change that much. When you tap your ranking, it will show the ranking history on the daily basis, and users can see all the moves of cases described above.

You didn't explain why new cases sometimes move ahead of old cases. And is this App actually affiliated with uscis?

Hi! We are a third-party company that helps migrants track and analyze their USCIS cases, but since USCIS is a government agency we don't have any association with them. New cases may move ahead of old cases for two reasons: 1) A brand new user added their case to the app and their case was submitted before the rest of the already added cases or 2) USCIS has processed the recent cases randomly instead of doing it in a chronological order.

Hi! It means the case is the 3rd case out of 3 cases, which means it has been the last to enter its group. The 100% will reach 0% once USCIS has finalized the application process.

Hi! This shows up when we can't provide Case Analysis Pro data to a user. This is because we don't have enough data for the filing date, specific case type, category, and service center, same as the specific user, for reliable results. We value data integrity rather than providing immature analysis.

Hi! If it says 'interview', it means your case is in the interview step of the process. You’ll need to look out for your appointment notice to find out where and when your interview will take place. Hi! It means that your case is halfway through the waiting line. For example, if there are 100 cases in your group, you'd be #50 in the waiting line and in consequence, you'd have gone through the 50% of the wait until now.

Lawfully are not USCIS agents, they can't take any decisions over your case, they can only give you really restrictive information about your case

Hi Daniela! 36% would mean that your case is getting closer to the frontline and your wait is soon to be over. When it reaches 0% it will most likely have been processed by USCIS. We hope USCIS will review your application very soon so your ranking reaches 0% in no time! 🤗

If my ranking is 92 % what does that mean?

Hi! It means that you are in the 92% of cases within your group. For example, if there are 150 cases in your group and your % is 92%, then your position in the ranking should be 138th, but this is just an example. This would then mean that you still need to wait a bit more to expect USCIS to process your case because is not close to the front of the line yet.

@@lawfullyapp I had post the same question else where and someone commented saying it doesn’t mean anything and not to pay any attention to it. I have a pending i360 and that 4th ranks is from a i765 c31 category.

Hi! The processing times give you an idea of what months have been processed the most recently and what months are done with their case processing. The bars also show you the denial rate per month, new approvals and the rate of cases that are still in progress. Let us know if you have any other questions 😉😉
