But in the GCS we can't give below 3 marks because they may be documented as unconscious. So how u can say that we give him one marks when the child is only moaning

Once time i given zinc syrup loosing stool stoped and became constioation upto 5 days. Loosing stool sone time come back and which is to exist upto one month. Some time he has constipation. Any solution please.
