Case XX Stockman

Thanks, John. Never owned Case knives before. Now I have 4 of them, two of them I have bought myself. The other two were given to me by Jerod. He got them at work, one was a safety award and the other he bought with, what I think he said was Massey bucks. He isn't much of a pocket knife guy, he likes the clip in your pocket style knives. I really like the handle on this one that I bought, and I bought it because of the handle, it matches the Case XX Trapper that was the safety award knife that Jerod gave me. I know have 4 Case XX knives, 2 of which I bought and 2 were given to me by Jerod. He got them at the mine he works at. I am thinking about looking at their hunting knives now. Matt, maybe, who knows!! LOL All these knife videos I have done have been knifes that I have had for over 40 years. That length of time a person is bound to have a bunch, but with the Case knives, now that might get me into collecting Case knives. LOL Thanks for watching and commenting. Juddie

I think so as well, Dan. When I saw this with those hunter green bone handles, I wanted it. The reason I wanted it was the Case Trapper that Jerod gave me has the same handles on it. I know Case has been around a long time and make quality knives. I know some people are starting to say that their QC isn't like it used to be. They say that have gotten knifes where the knife edge wasn't ground properly, or the handles don't match flush with the bolsters. When a company mass produces something, there are always going to be those few that fall into the cracks. I will be making a leather sleeve to carry this one in my pocket for sure. I have never owned a Stockman, or any Case knife until recently. This makes my 4th Case knife, and the 2nd one that I have actually bought myself. Thanks for watching and commenting. Juddie

Jason, this is the 4th Case knife I own, and the second one that I have bought. Jerod gave me the first two. I have always been a Schrade/Old Timer/Uncle Henry guy, and over the past several years have turned to Buck. I like them all, Jason. Well, maybe not them all, but my favorites over the past 45+ years has been Schrade/Old Timer/Uncle Henry, then Buck, and of course I have had the Camillus, Condor and several others. I have done some reviews of all the original Schrade/Old Timer/Uncle Henry knives that have. As well as the Bucks that I have and other knives.
