Those are beautiful. I loved my first copperlocks… until I tried to use them as work knives. I had the large in green/black micarta SS, and the mini in red jigged bone CV. Ended up selling the mini, and gave the large to my stepson. I prefer a regular old copperhead as a work knife. Thanks for showing your collection brother, have a great week, and God bless.
The copperheads are definitely thicker in the hand for an easier grip because of the two blades. It's always a compromise. thank you so much. Ozark boys.

Beautiful knives! Man I love case, but it’s so aggravating that we all know they can do so much better, but they won’t even try. They have such amazing potential and it’s just small minor things that if they took the time to do would make such a huge difference.
Black shield all the way, it Really changes the look of the knife for the better in my opinion. White and yellow are two colours I’ve really changed my mind on as I get older, I realize white isn’t a actual colour, but they are both growing on me. Have a great day Andrew.👍🇨🇦🇺🇸🍻

Thank Steven! Gotta say I think this is the worse blade grind by Case in my collection. Im sure i can sort it out. But just unfortunate even at my sale price. I think they shouldn't sell the knives that they teach there new employees on!😂😂
The black shield really helps i think. Ive seen the old yellow bone with a standard shield and it does nothing for me. Lots of character in this bone also! Thanks Aaron!

Holy moly you haven't picked up one yet? I think this is my fourth one. I will be doing a video on my yellow bone collection. Now that I've hit four. they are all a little different. Was never a huge yellow fan but this bone is incredible especially this one and my mini Trapper. And if it is too light for you, you can always darken it up with some mineral oil works well. I haven't done that with these yet.
We must be thinking alike because I just picked up this knife from Redhill. Got it for $64 and some change. I hope I get a decent one. That black shield just catches the eye 👀

The newer case knives blow……. I’m only buying the older ones the new case knives are junk!!!!! Sorry to say it I have about 300 of them and they all have problems……. What do they really give you a nice bone covers wow thanks for the video 😊

😂 Your intro 😂 Lefty had a box with a Deadlock OTF that looked like it took a 45 round and completely destroyed a ~$2k knife-fortunately he did insure it. All Case knives seem to be jacked up, I gave up on the brand after receiving 4/4 bad Sodbuster Jrs (your’s looked better than mine as mine were construction/fit issues that couldn’t reasonably be corrected). I'm so sorry to hear that. I had two really bad ones when I first started buying them and almost stopped. I guess I've been lucky so far though. I did get a sodbuster with a misaligned blade recently. Video up soon. Thank you for watching.
Good looking group there, Baxter. As for the yellow, seems like every knife guy I know has to have at least one (1) synthetic yellow (if not several.😀 The ongoing problem with Case blade sharpness is a big nuisance. The last couple of Case knives I received recently have had pretty decent build quality, though. I’m awaiting a curly oak stockman in Kelly Green; we’ll see how the dice roll this time…

@@BaxtersBladesI just got my first Case smooth bone recently, the white “Stars and Stripes” canoe. I really, really like the feel of that one. It looks good, too, but those d*u*l*l blades again😡
@@mikeadams2538 my copperlock was sharp my razor dull. Love those stars and stripes.Trapper on the way! Yah just never know. Atleast the carbon steel is easy to sharpen and takes a great edge. But I hear you Mike. These should be $35 knives with that edge. Not $70 or $80.
@@BaxtersBlades Yeah, I put an edge on the blades and put the knife in the EDC rotation. This one was so pretty it might have gone in the safe, but I just can’t stand dull blades!
Ordering on-line can be such grief. At lest with a store, you can walk in, be disappointed, and walk out with your money in your pocket. 😅. Have a great day!
If the b.ade is centered and the knife is otherwise good I wouldn't return it. The edge can be fixed with a little time. More than likely the replacement would have an issue that is not so easy to fix. Sad but true!
I agree 100% Ken! This is an easy fix. But always something with case now. My 75 is uploading now and it is good. But got a sodbuster with an off centered blade. Could be bent.😂 im not sure why i keep buying them and realize im addicted and need to go to the AA for case collectors. Or is it the XX?😰
@BaxtersBlades The current lack of quality control broke me of "that habit" 🤣🤣 I haven't bought a Case in 3 or 4 months now. After they improve I'll give them another shot. For now I would rather get another Rosecraft or another known good knife.
I agree Luke! Almost always something with CASE. If it isnt a gap in the back its a off centered blade. Well this time it was a crap blade grind. Thats what happends if yah dont pick it up in person. At least its not a hard fix. If it was id send it back. Thanks for watching!
