I like how Springtrap didn’t act like a mindless monster during this. He actually moved closer to the window to hear the guard, gestured somewhat and then kept up the guise of just being an employee in a costume until he was close enough to the guard to assumedly kill him. It sells the idea of Springtrap still having the mind and intelligence of a serial killer really effectively
I mean that's what was supposed to make him more scary in the first place - yeah ye's the only real animatronic in FNAF 3 but he has the intelligence of the entire FNAF 1 crew combined.
You guys, Springtrap just seemed idiotic on FNAF 3 because his suit was allegedly programmed to go to the nearest child in the room without his consent (probably because he wasn't really in control of the suit and it was malfunctioning), hence why we could lure him with the audio of a child (or whatever balloon boy is lol).
@@NoobgamerHD and also being stuck in the suit you killed kids in, concious, awake and in pain 24/7, your mind isn't exactly gonna be sane then you're placed in an attraction with a lot of memorabilia of Fazbear's past, it's a wonder how William ever gained his sanity back in Pizza Simulator.
@@timetraveler9272 or maybe they decided to use the old camera for Aesthetic effects because it is a horror attraction based on tragic events from the 80s so might as well stick to the style
we said bro back in the early 90's too, man. Just not at work, we weren't as relaxed as a society. Back then you'd still wear nice clothes to go to class in college.
In their defense, Fazbear Fright purpusefully uses vintage tech to make stuff feel more ,,real" and closer to what the actual Freddy's restaurants used before 1993. Point 2 : this is either Fazbear Entertainment or some subsidiary thereof, so it makes sense they would cheapen out on Employee Equipment - i mean this is still the same company that ran their main Restaurant in FNAF 1 on the power amount equal to a shitty car battery or 5 duracells. Point 3 : they're dead ass broke and can't afford anything new - and since this is FazEnt, they don't even try.
I find it really funny and cool how the night guard (when he saw springtrap) was just like: hey, what are you doing? you're not supposed to be here. This place is not opened yet. and not panic 😂
I’m honestly surprised nobody ever thought of using the idea of mistaking springtrap for a haunted house worker in a costume it fits so well and pretty realistic once you know it’s a haunted house so of course you’re going to mistake a real corpse for a fake one you think it’s just another bloody prop anyway you’re doing great man keep it up 👍👍👍👍👍❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
there have been actual historical instances of people mistaking corpses for props in those sorts of attractions, a moving one would be even more easy to interpret as just a costume
@@sptflcrw8583 Not inside an attraction but a similar case. During Hallooween, a neighbour put a literal corpse like a deocrative prop and people passing by thought it was a hyperrealistic prop, even the smell nd everything.
@@BOBINDUN its more of a problem of "not getting jumpscared at anything" Than fnaf 3 but i hear a lot of people just say "he literally walks up to you"
@@sami_irl i mean if you were inside springtrap would you jump towards the guard while making some kind of scream or would you preferably just run at him and punch him in the face like any other person... considering springtrap is a fully aware adult zombie guy wearing a rotten fursuit
this is really good in like every way character feels natural, doesnt get terrified and thinks its a live person moving, which is how most people around the age of the employees would probably act about it, they properly address the vhs recorder in 2023 issue, AND theres no cheap jump scare and purely relies on mental scares and knowledge of whats happening to make you feel anything good shit
It's strange that William's corpse still haves remains of flesh and guts after basically 3-4 decades. They should've been decomposed and rotted away since a long time.
FINALLY, It's about time somebody brings up the "VHS recorder in 2023" thing that not a lot of FNAF VHS videos involving FNAF 3 tend to touch upon, Especially when you consider the fact that FNAF 3 is set in our current year of 2023.
springtrap irl is terrifying to me. a mangled corpse inside of a broken down animatronic that somehow still has a mind of its own. two things that should never be able to move. uncanny valley taken to the extreme
i actually forgot that we're in the year that FNAF 3 takes place in *supposedly 2023*. Also that was a genius and hilarious way to break the common 'We use VHS in 2023 and no one questions it' rule. Loved it! The Springtrap model was actually so cool to see, it's refreshing to see a new model every so often. He looked like an actual wearable mascot which i really liked too. Human-like which is what Springtrap is meant to be but always overlooked by animators and VHS tape makers (not slandering just saying), you broke every common denominator that is displayed in every FNAF VHS tape i've seen and it's absolutely fantastic to see. It was different, yet still within the boundaries of a FNAF VHS tape video. Bravo! Subscriber earned!❤
Not supposedly, in the Steam description of FNAF 3 it literally says 30 years after the closure of Freddy Fazbear's Pizza. 1993 + 30 = 2023, it's as simple as that.
I can't believe we're in the fnaf 3 timeline already. Has it really been 8 years. Where has time gone I still remenber being 14 and playing fnaf 3 as it came out...
im actuallt GLAD you took this into account that fnaf 3 is in 2023. Knowing the nice movements, no blur and no distorted images, etc. Especially the dude's personality, a 2023 adult. This is what fnaf 3 and fnaf 6 VHS should be like.
Like how it doesn’t sound like forced voice acting, the guy really seems like he is giving active commentary while watching the footage like how voice actors do. Very good video! 👍
Yeah i hate when people make "vhs films" that are literally a distorted image with the lowest resolution you will ever see in your life. VHS are not blurry, CRT monitors make them look blurry.
The human character felt really relatable. I probably would've complained a lot like that too, Haha. I also like that he didn't completely realize SpringTrap was a Threat, And judging by the dialogue, thought he was another employee in some weird costume. Although he's also pretty cautious as well. If only he could've known what would've happened.
The guy complaining about the location and pointing out ACTUAL ISSUES including it being 2023 is absolutely EVERYTHING also the movement when it showed him putting the camcorder down LOVED THAT! This is great, I'm gonna watch the rest of the stuff. Also, remake it but as soon as he sees Springtrap on the camera he gets the fuck out of there because like 2023. Also him saying that stuff like TO SPRINGTRAP'S FACE is wonderful.
i genuinely love how they made fun of the fact that analog horror always use the vhs filter even if something takes place in the present or future, honestly just straight up hilarious, also i love the way the camera moves, its actually pretty smoothly and livelike, pretty realistic, and the springtrap model too, it actually looks humanlike and wearable since it used to be springbonnie
I saw that opening shot and I though to myself, holy shit could you imagine how insane 3DCG horror is gonna look once Unreal Engine 5 gets into the hands of short indie filmmakers? Like the FNAF VHS scene and analog horror as a whole is going to EXPLODE once photorealism becomes way easier with UE5 also this is good lol, I LOVE how natural the delivery of the dialogue is, really sells it
I can imagine buddy, but even then you can easily tell in some spots that it was made on a computer. However, give it ten to twenty years from now, say in the 2030s or 2040s, and many, it'll be so real and also upscaled to 16K resolution, that it would look absolutely sharp, and detailed, that you can see the tiniest bumps and skin patterns on those mechanical animatronics..If you thought seeing it in 1080p and 4k was bad, wait until you see it in 16k resolution and your mind will be blown away at how detailed, yet very heavy on CU and GPU processing to even play the video smoothly.
THE VISUALS ARE INCREDIBLEEEE this is so cool! I love how springtrap only makes sudden and “small” movements when he’s just standing there, it makes him look more realistic!! Very well made :))
@@Duckbusinessmantrue but It is way harder to get some VHS stuff than before. Like, thats an old technology, its not in production anymore so its harder to get a fully working VHS player, camera and TVs that can handle that than It was back in the 80s or 90s
Yeah, and this is the guy who made that model: ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-TND5xvRzOUY.html (No, I'm not a bot and/or promoting myself, and I know that this is bad place to say it but trust me)
It looks realy nice, i see some improvement but it is realy and realy nice. The idea that the security guard is having issues with finding stuff is one of the most realistic things i ever have seen and the sounds are amazing. The idea that he thinks that springtrap is a costume is realy cool and that springtrap first does nothing and just stares like he can't believe his eyes (or whats left of it) when he sees an actual living person. Anyway realy nice, there are improvements like more props and the movement of springtrap is a bit wacky but the rest just looks amazing. Nice job!
Two pieces of advice: 1.) When mr trap jumped at the protagonist, there was little wind up for the jump, resulting in an unnatural feel 2.) the vhs filter could’ve been a little more prominent, but overall really good, very surprised. Earned my subscribe
i love fnaf vhs vids but at the same time i cant help but find the staring animatronics shots so goddamn funny, it's just like those weird kids that sometimes stare at you in public places for no reason
Opinions: - I love the detail of the place being hot and the smell. The smell indicates the risk of a fire, which happens eventually. The heat also indicates that, but it could also be because the place has no windows. - I like that model of Springtrap. - That dude is too dumb to live. I would have freaked out so much had I've seen that thing move.
crazy to think i just watched the movie and it’s so just bland for older fans who’s been here since day one and want gore/genuine fear but then there’s guys like this making absolutely horrific visuals and tension with a computer just sad that they had so much horror ideas to work with and they went pg13
This was very comical we definitely need another part but I must say I really like that even tho it’s hilarious it still has a good eerie feel to it so keep up the good work
this was really well made!! i love how the guy had such a idgaf attitude. it really startled me when the mask opened and he walked towards him! great job!!
This is officially one of my most loved-most liked-most brain changing-most heart racing-most realistic-most TRUE-most “I always come back”-most beautiful video I’ve ever seen bro.
This is the first video I've watched today. Amazing! I must admit that Bill was fortunate enough to escape from that old location in 2003. In 2023, Operation Cin---
