Hidden gem in Casio's lineup. 30 bucks is a steal. I paid more like 60 , which is the going price in my market. I got the blue one and wears fine on my wrist too that is slightly thinner than yours. Very comfortable, strap length is great for those with thicker wrists. Loads of cool features. Negative is the acrylic crystal, though protected by the bumps and protrusions on bezel can scratch easily. I already scratched mine, hairline scratches, but they're there. Also dual time is a bit weird, you wheezed right by it btw. Last screen before going back to home time. Weird in that it only shows time from 1 to 12 with no am/pm indicator or possibility to show time in 24h format. The lower right button changes from 12 to 24h format and back. You can mute it by pressing lower left buttons for 3 or 4 secs. Like you experienced, adjust button demands you press it in a certain way. Not hard, as you wear the watch you'll get used to it. When I first got the watch I thought the adjust button was broken till I got used to pressing it like it wants. Highlights of this model: It is a brand spanking new model, being launched earlier this year. The module is exclusive to this model and was launched together with it. Digits are big and legible and mine gains just one second a month. Not to mention very energy efficient, ten year battery life in real life means 12 or 15 if you don't crazy with the LEDs and alarms. This means it rivals solar models as capacitor tend to last ten to twenty years and need changing and they have more tech to go wrong. The digital analog clock, with its animations is also a first in Casio's line. It has animations for stopwatch, countdown timer, and when you set the alarms. Similar clocks on Royale or DW-291H for instance only serve to tell the time, if you can see it on those watches. On WS-1500H it's big enough to actually see and use, at least to me Great catch! IMO the best and most underrated Casio release this year. Love the stealthy G-Shock design - very reminiscent of the DW-9052. Got it for €30 - which is an absolute steal, considering the specs.
Hello, yes sir you are correct. I just went through the user guide and yes, it's an hourly time signal. I missed a couple of things on this review, I've been more focused on the older G-Shocks lately which are more intuitive for me. Thanks for watching.
