I think it's Sascha's time to finally get his hands on a GS trophy! His tennis is more convincing than Carlos's tbh. Just too many silly errors from Alcaraz. We know Zverev is a choke-artist in slams, so that's why it's 50-50. While Carlos usually wins his finals. But Zverev looks as focused as ever right now. Whoever wins, i'll be equally glad. Just brilliant from Sasha compared to being carted off in a wheelchair 2 years ago. Hes moving and playing so well. So strong. I suffer with ankle pain. I'd love to know what his recovery exercises were. What a fighter. Such a lovely looking forehand too. One of my favourite forehands on tour. Loved watching Zverev for years.

I was avoiding from daring to say for not to be disrespectful to Novak, Andy or Stan but yes, Zverev has the best backhand of all time. No doubt.

Thanks Zverev for eliminating Ruud in the semi finals although he had two days more without playing. At the end this seems very unfair because Djokovice gave him the last round as present so at the end Ruud wouldn't win a grand slam, only 6/7 of a grand slam.
