That machine is not good enough! the outer shelf of the cassava needs to be completed removed to lessen the cyanid content. secondly the pealing volume and timing seems to be long to justify it as an alternative cost to manual peeling. - Keep working!
Do you have any suggestions? I'm currently working on a cassava peeling machine but I'm having a hard time working out how to peel it efficiently. Thanks
