Ingredients
• 1 bunch young asparagus, cut into half (discard the bottom half)
• 2 salmon fillets with skin on (I used wild sockeye)
• pinches of salt and pepper (adjust to taste)
• pinches of crushed chili flakes (optional)
• extra virgin olive oil
• 1-2 tbsp barbeque sauce
Garnish
• lemon juice (I used half medium-sized lemon)
• 2 lemon slices
• 1 tray/pack nori (I used roasted and lightly salted
