When separating egg whites, I suggest separating the two eggs first and not holding the egg over the bowl you don’t want the yolks in. For this recipe it wasn’t crucial but others it is. Love your videos. Thanks. 🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛🐈‍⬛💙🩵↕️
