She is absolutely a brilliant Tv personality! Her intellect, the way in which she connected each question and sentence. I can tell that everyone was impressed with her skill! I watched an interview they had in the same setting with a different interviewer and my God, even as compared to the last, her gift SHINES! Can not wait to see her do big things on Tv, can’t believe I hadn’t seen her before!

Ms. Rashad impresses me as majestic and engages in deep thought. She isn't aggressive yet commands respect by her presence and positives vibes... I like her energy. Give her a second look and maybe you'll see a regal queen who knows exactly what is going on. :-)

She is so regal, and only speaks when asked a direct question and her answers are short, succinct and thought provoking...not alot of rambling...some people talk alot, yet say very little...

Oooh chile....I experienced that first hand! She was my second red carpet interview about 4 years ago when I started out and the looks she gave me made me feel like she was trying to make me feel small. It was weird.

Phylicia looks arrogant even the two ladies felt her disconnet from behind them, they even looked at each other after the interviewer commented on Phylicia's look, she was like can we get done with this stupid interview with these amateur actors, I shouldn't be in this interview with these amatures, it should be myself and Tyler🙄
