Bruh we need the Friday Night Rant back- exactly the same as before with J Gang and the crew. Don't try innovate or change tings- it was a legendary show exactly how it was: convos, barty talk and callers. Big man ting!

I get anxiety sometimes when I got to go to party or concert. Depends on who's going to be there. I use mindfulness books like "30 Days to Reduce Anxiety" by Harper Daniels to calm down and get control.
