What a powerful song, but a heartbreaking video. How not to cry. What we sometimes don't realize is those who go to war and their families may pray to God to come back safe and alive, while at the same time, people seen as the enemies from another country pretty much may pray for the same. I remember Jesus' words. Love your enemies. And you can't love them by trying to kill them, no. I don't find the heart of God in war, I'm sorry. These are the kinds of things that should not happen. There was a time when war may have necessary to end evil, but then Jesus came and turned that upside down. May God save and keep every person who calls on Him everywhere, and protect every one of them in the midst of war. May God bring consolation to the heart of every believer who has lost a beloved one as well

Though I'm a veteran....with 4 deployments this song transcends us all! I had the enormous privilege of being sent by the Army to deliver such tragic news. The mom saw me walking up the neighborhood and knew right away! She was awakened that day! But grateful she was a believer in Jesus Christ and I saw the mom grabbed by the Holy Spirit and calm her down. But as mentioned, the lyrics suggest we can be asleep. Circumstances occur by a divine sovereign God to wake us up to the reality God is real! And wants to help through tough times!

Every Military Person and their Family Members understand and fear never coming to this. This as usual have such heart felt moments at the end. Such Happiness from the song 'Finally Home' and then such Joy then heart break from this one, The day will someday arrive when the enemy death will be defeated. GOD BLESS!!!

Its not an easy video to watch. You know from the beginning it can only end in two ways. This wonderful husband, father to be, and soldier will come home at last. Or two soldiers carry a letter will knock on her door. All military families know what that means. Especially the wifes .God bless them each one. I pray they will find their strength in Jesus Christ.

I've never been much of a crier, but this video. To find out you've lost a loved one is so horrible, and heartbreaking, and soul crushing. Veterans don't get nearly as much respect and recognition as they deserve. It's amazing that God had a plan for Faye through it all. Your story is never over. Trust God.

I started crying when I saw them come up. I cant even imagine what those who loose their loved ones go through. My dad came back from the gulf war although there was one time he almost didn’t......... if they hadn’t shot down that scud missile before it reached the base........prayers for those who’s loved ones didn’t come home my your prayers and God love guide them Home.

This song just got me into the memory of my beloved late brother in-law who passed on October last year in an accident. He left my sister with three kids and a pregnancy,the baby is now 2months.Keep resting eternally Barigye Alex,we miss you!! May God be there for all families in the same situation. This is beautiful but at the same time kills me to watch. My boyfriend is in the Army (currently away at training) and we plan on getting married after college. He always inspires me and gives me ideas for new crafts to make, along with his treasured letters. Losing him is my biggest fear, never take any letter, words, hugs and time for granted... Not one second. Prayers for all military families ❤🙏
