I would love to see a wheated aged in a rye barrel. You don't see as much experimental wheats out there. Cheers, fellas.

thought I read former master distiller was using white corn in the mash ?Woodfords white corn bourbon had similar things in the taste you mentioned?

Hmmm. Try bringing the proof down with a little water. Even start with heavy water and sip and then use less dilution and sip slowly bring the proof up so you don’t shock your taste buds. Or it’s just not for you.
