I only ever got to play this game once at my public library around Halloween, and I kept getting stuck on this stage. Perhaps this summer I'll get the Castlevania Anniversary Collection and finish what I started.
@@CountOfMonteCristo_ I think so, to an extent. I find the graphics don't look quite as good on the Anniversary, and the controls aren't quite as tight feeling. Also not having the temptation of save states helps you get better at the game making it feel more rewarding with each attempt
@@deletedaccount3187 ok so here's the trick to both games. OP sub weapons. In Castlevania destroy candles with your sub. Every 10 gives you a big buff that let's you spam your sub super fast. Hold onto Holy Water any time you can
