Want a cure for neuropathy - quit eating sugary foods for 30 - 60 days and see what happens - it worked for me and it could work for you. I cut out all pies, ice cream, doughnuts, Little Debbies etc... for around 60 days and my neuropathy pains went away by 90%. Plus I lost 8 pounds and I feel better and I sleep better and it didn't cost me a dime - it actually saved me money - and the pains are almost totally gone. Thank God.

I follow a lady named Barbara O'Neil who's a former nurse and naturopath and she has all natural remedies for all kinds of things. She explains a concoction that cured my friend's full-blown neuropathy with fully numb feet as he was going through chemotherapy fighting cancer last summer. He tried the concoction and within one day his foot numbness went away after he had been suffering with it for months. It's very simple, you take a piece of Saran Wrap and put a paper towel on top of it. Fold the paper towel in half and pour castor oil on it. Then you completely cover it with Cayenne Pepper and place your foot on it. Wrap your foot up in the Saran Wrap and then put a sock over it and sleep with them that way overnight and it solved his foot numbness within one day! Try it! It's fully natural and very inexpensive just make sure your castor oil is organic cold-pressed hexane-free and that it comes in a dark amber glass bottle. The one I use is Queen of the Thrones because it hits all the marks but there are others on the market. Good luck to you and God bless you.

Hexane free Caster oil is excellent lubricant for dry skin, psoriasis, eczema and can be safely use as an eye drop to relieve dry eyes, improve cataracts. I use it all over my body for close to a year now. My body just love this natural oil that grows in my garden and were being used by my great grandmom and the generations before and after her. See Barbara O'Neill's advice on caster oil uses. It has been tried and used and found to be better than anything made in a lab. For cold feet(poor circulation) , put some caster oil on a piece of cloth sprinkle some cayenne pepper on it, apply it to your feet and put a plastic bag on, then put your feet in socks. You wil wake up few hours after that with warm feet and will not have any circulation troubles after doing that❤.

If you are prone to absorbing too many oxalates from plants you could have pain in any part of your body, but mostly joints. Some plants have huge amounts of oxalates. Examples: sweet potatoes, spinach, nuts, chocolate, bran, soy, some berries, black pepper, cinnamon, curcumin, other spices. I found that out the hard way after drinking a cup of carrot juice a day for a month. Celery and beetroot are also high. Do not juice those.

It actually dissolves bone spurs, and stops the pain within 2 days. It can take up to 3 months for the spur to be gone, but the pain won't be there. Same with Plantar Fasciatis, helps really quickly to stop the pain, and within 4-6 weeks to be gone. Great for athritis and rheumatism, rub into affected joints. It absorbs best straight after shower/bath. If it doesn't say Hexane free, it's not. Must be Organic, Hexane free, Cold pressed, in a dark, glass bottle. To anyone doubting, just try it. I bottle is cheaper than a prescription, and has many uses. Heals wounds incredibly well, leaving skin unscarred. Truly grows hair, mix with a carrier oil, like Olive, Jojoba, Argan. Rub into scalp, put a satin bonnet/scarf/shower cap on, leave overnight. Amazing stuff. Gets rid of corns, verruccas, warts. Beware of knock offs, get a reputable brand. I'm in England, but a good one in America is Heritage. Queen of Thrones used to be cold pressed, not anymore, it's expeller pressed.

However against my better judgement I decided to try and persuade you to see the error of your assessments. First- I am a full time registered nurse who started this channel 2 years ago on my own because I saw that my patients repeatedly had the same questions and needed emotional, empathetic, and knowledgeable support--period. I then set out to teach myself all things RU-vid at 53 years old and spent 7 nights/week, weekends, and any time in between working on this--most nights going until 4 or 5 in the morning to make sure my information was correct followed by working full days caring for patients. I am the researcher, camera operator, editor, and face of this channel--there's no team behind me. Learning editing has been painful but...I'm not a professional editor and as such I make numerous mistakes. So the take away with this 1st point is--have you ever tried starting a channel? Editing? Filming? If not--you're in no position to say a blessed thing. Secondly-what you don't know is I also switched editing softwares to one that's complex and tedious--way beyond my skill level. So, yes I've again made editing mistakes. However, most of my viewers are supportive and appreciate the fact that this video was thorough and helpful rather than the 7,000th video regurgitating the same, stale information about castor oil. "The respect of my viewers" is the only reason I continue to work tirelessly on this channel so I take immense issue with you insinuating that I knew the sound was poor and didn't care. The reality is during editing, the sound is impossible to accurately judge on my laptop speakers and I was hoping that once it was uploaded to YT it was better but unfortunately--it wasn't. What happened next is the reason I didn't take it down--it garnered thousands of views very quickly which was very unusual--normally I'm happy to get a few hundred in the 1st 24 hours. So, after all of the time, effort, stress, and lost sleep I was not going to lose the momentum this video had so yes-you bet I left it up. Lastly, while viewer respect is paramount for me- I also request it in return and having a random person (who again) watched 1 video write such a scathing commentary on this channel as a whole and claim that "my brand" is not worth your time or attention--you know nothing about me, my motivations, nor my work ethic. I can't please every viewer but I can say that I try to--and that has kept me up on many nights until I had to let go a bit and ignore those who are quick to judge based on erroneous assumptions. I'd love to have you as a viewer however if this one introduction to Lucid Med didn't measure up to your apparently high standards that creators should hold themselves to in your opinion--then please feel free to not watch any more of my content. Danielle

Danielle. Don’t let those kind of comments bother you. I have a rather small, insignificant RU-vid channel where I’m the whole crew as well. Every once in a while I get a very disrespectful comment which I simply ignore as I’m doing this sporadically for grins and giggles. You are doing this out of love for people and that is very admirable. I have a nasty case of advanced neuropathy in my feet for about 8 years and it is about 1 year now in my hands. Thank you for this video. I have just recently started using this! one drop on Each Eyelid . I Have Sjogrins syndrome. Confirmed by blood work through a rheumatologist and the Dry eye issues that plague me with blufferitus. When I first applied Castor oil to my eyelid, I rubbed it into the eyelashes and all around my eyebrows.. What I found interesting was that my vision improved in the eye that I had an aneurysm bleed. I have permanent scarring on the retna. My vision in both eyes cleared up right away in minuits, and I could focus more clearly. Must have been the anti inflammatory effect. It gives me peace becausee I fall a lot due to another inflammation issue in my lymph system of my neck. This has helped because I don't have the blurry vision when I'm using the Castor oil. I have now moved to twice a day morning and evening. One drop each eye lid. I will be trying this on my feet next.

@privilegednonyobusiness4977
@privilegednonyobusiness4977 19 дней назад
@lucidmed3343 The itching was the reason I used it on my eyelashes and it worked immediately And it lasts for several hours in the morning. I'm also diabetic and take small amounts of insulin. I figured if you can swallow this for constipation, it's safe enough for your skin . The glands that keep the oil in your eyelids for lubricating your eye, plug up as a side effect of Sjogrins, so that's why I decided to use it on my lids and I've noticed that my crows feet wrinkles are reducing..!! And the bottle of castor oil I purchased from the pharmacy for constipation issues and decided to use it for my eyelids.

Acetyl L Carnitine really helps. It takes a few weeks of regular use but gets better and with time. I take 1,000 mgs twice a day. Some practitioners recommend combining it with Alpha Lipoic Acid. I do not do that at present. Just also note, high carb or a sugary meal will still cause the neuropathy to flare. As a topical the Lidocaine gel helps with the burning some.

I didn't realize it draws it out. The past few weeks I have had a terrible infection and rash on my arm and now that it's finally going away I've been treating it with castor oil. I should've done that from the start.
@wisconsinfarmer4742
@wisconsinfarmer4742 21 час назад
@@annwithaplan9766 there is simple chemistry involved. It takes something oily to dissolve another thing that is oily. Urushiol, the irritant in poison ivy is very much an oil, but it also seems to travel deep into our skin. That is why soaps do not work so well. Any oil would do. One could use motor oil in a pinch. The idea is to make a compress and attach it to the affected area so that the oil has time to mingle into the skin and combine with the urushiol and basically extract it back out. It takes several applications. I discovered this long ago in high school but I used isopropyl alcohol, which did the job in a few days leaving a dry rash that healed in a few days with no irritation. I think the alcohol extract all of my skin oils taking the urushiol with them. Urushiol must have particular bonding characteristics to be so tenacious in our skin.

Thanks for this neuropathy video - super helpful. I see castor used all the time for Lyme but never in my SFN communities. Totally agree that lots of complicated methods are used. I can say that the heating of it is about JUST the application amount and JUST to open pores to increase velocity of its ability to penetrate into the skin. All that said, I have had no trouble at all just using it straight on the skin, and I'm never looking to make a hard medical life even harder, so I'm with you there. I also agree we have to be intuitive about the temp. we like - personally, even though all my conditions would point to heat therapy, I ONLY do well with ice, and I use it allll the time. Questions: Could you share whether you had any initial herx reactions or not? I am working through some unexpected herx from something else so it is on the brain. I am hypothesizing that since castor has sooo much antioxidant to it, perhaps it supports the body as it detoxes, so that may smooth that landing a lot, but since my body is weak I can go into toxic shock pretty fast. Thanks so much! Very glad to find your channel.

New viewer and will subscribe. Rarely do I see a utuber replying to so many people, even to the “complainers”. I have neuropathy so will give this a try. Thank you!!!

You must make sure that your sheets are 100% organic cotton (GOT certified). Castor oil pulls toxins from material and other points of contact. You do not want to absorb it. And yes, it does stain clothing etc. But be more worried about the toxicity. Same with the packs. Get a good quality material to use!

Very informative. After listening to the side effects, I'm going to instead use the black seed oil which I have a good supply of.

Hopefully that will make it up to you a bit ❤❤ Danielle

You have to put the oil in a poultice and leave for hours and has to be done consistently

I've been on Lyrica, muscle relaxant & physiotherapy for neuropathy due to OPLL. I tried applying castor oil before bed to the affected areas after watching Barbara O'Neill. After 1 month, the neck and shoulder stiffness and pain seemed to be relieved when I wake up in the morning. I used to wake up a painfully stiff neck & shoulder every morning and had to do the prescribed exercises before starting my day. Slept better too. Not touched my Lyrica or muscle relaxant tablet for a month. Will continue with castor oil. Hope my condition will continue to improve. Seems to work on eye floaters too, applied to eyelids before bed. Tq for an honest sharing of your findings 😻

The way you act and talk when doing your videos is a little different, but nice, I like it. I'm using Castor oil now., for Inflammation in the right shoulder joint, and the lower back degeneration area, and a little in my scalp, and castor oil packs on my abdominal area, mainly for detox because of IBS. Thank you for the video.

Hi Tanya! Thank you so much for commenting! Very sweet of you to say. To answer your 1st question regarding the oil smell I've tried a few brands and-they all smell pretty much the same. I personally don't mind it and can't smell anything once it absorbs but for someone who's sensitive I can see where it might be an issue. My thoughts are if it's helping my neuropathy I'll tolerate almost anything lol. For the needle rolling-I've never tried it however my initial thought was I'd be very cautious with this because the castor oil can cause skin irritation with some people and although it's organic I wouldn't want to introduce entry ways for bacteria with application. If you do try it please let me know how it worked. Lastly--you're most welcome (research). I'm happy you found the channel. Please let me know if there are any topics you'd like me to cover for you. Danielle

I use to do foot massages years ago to help most of the problems you were talking about and they were suggesting using caster oil because it is thicker and helps protect the skin especially it you are pushing hard and they have dry skin. I never used it for anything but a year or so my brother was talking about an I ordered some more he’s been using it for dry eyes and on cuts and bruises with very good results over the last year. Like I said the foot massages work great and healing properties are going to just make it even better
