That’s one thing I don’t understand about the isle and that’s the fall damage humans can easily survive 5 feet jumps without breaking there ankels so why do dinosaurs take damage
Herrera is easily the best dinosaur in the Isle. Engaging play style, well balanced, takes skill but isn't too punishing. This is how you make a small dino viable.
I would like it more if they nerfed the raw health damage on it, while it can be fun to demolish entire packs of Omni with one or two jumps it IS a bit silly they can from out of no where 1 hit kill things like that. Especially with how bad the latency is in this game when they can kill you and you wont even see them land on you because they are so out of sync. Preferably they would nerf the health damage, keep the bleed as is or buff it a little then give Herras a better nose similar to Cerato and the ability to sniff for blood and tracks while climbing so they were above average stalkers. Then I would not feel so bad for all the things I am killing if it at least gave them a chance to get away and me needing to track them down. They already are good at it, solo killing Ceras, Carnos and Tenos etc when they try to heal off the bleed is not too hard but the limited range on smell and being unable to track while climbing is annoying, more targets are able to escape than they should because of it(being so low to the ground makes seeing blood/prints in a forest).
lmao those kills were amazing. especially the dibble with the long jump that broke your legs really supriced me that you actually killed it though gg xD
I dont mind it tbh. I dont like it personally unless it's true diet like Cerato or deino but I feel like it should still be a gameplay mechanic. It's something that could of happen to actual dinos and kinda makes sense to have. If the mutation doesn't buff cannis just allow the diet it's just fair fights as normal
Great video! You might have learnt this but you can see if a jump will break your legs or not by paying attention to the symbol it appears before you jump; if the symbol shows a broken bone, then you will break your legs.
Okay , question why have the videos been so short ? Not complaining at all as i tune into livestreams or watch afterwards. But ya just wondering why last 2 videos havent been as long. I like a 30 min video
my group takes on full adult dibble xD even got a stego kill after a cera puked him and got murdered by the steg. We just kept the bleed on him and he flopped.
Can someone help with the Horde testing beta I just can't find ANY unofficial servers and the i can only get 3 official servers max there has to be more servers right???
I was absolutely gobsmacked when you killed that [pretty large] diablo. I thought for sure you were dead when I heard your legs snap, but somehow the diablo died. It must have taken some damage earlier. Also, you might have learnt this throughout your time as herrera, but holding Ctrl while climbing is how to quickly descend. It could save you in a similar situation to the beginning with the raptors.
Herrera is loveably simple yet also slightly complex that it has to be my favorite playable currently. It's honestly one of the most tame for newer players who want action, but don't wanna start with something too big. Of course, it was the first thing I touched when coming back to the game two days ago. The trees have eyes, ears, and the most unexpected, claws!
Can't believe you took out a Dibble with a Herrera. And you lead your target so well. One of the best things about the Herrera is being able to observe other species doing whatever in relative safety. Oh and of course the Deino missed you, you are the Deino king.
