CAT 299D Front Coupler Disassembly and Repair 

I tore down the front coupler / quicktatch of my Cat 299D to give it some TLC and repair various parts.
The front coupler is one of the high-stress components of the compact track loader, and is exposed to the elements more than the rest of the parts. I want to get it working smoothly and protected as much as possible.
I completely disassembled and took most of these parts to bare metal (via sanding and bead blasting) and did a few small wear-and-tear repairs along the way.
After everything is cleaned up, all the parts are going to be powder coated! This will hopefully help everything last for years.
