CAT 3516 Major overhaul time-lapse 30,000 hr service 

start to finish time lapse of the 30 day job to fully complete a major overhaul of a 3516B 2700 hp engine with a 1825kw gen end connected to it. this was the 30,000 hour overhaul. Broke down to bare block and rebuilt back to a functioning engine. We replaced 90 percent of the consumable parts on the engine. With exceptions including the two piece cam shafts and crankshaft. The parts replaced came out to 2800lbs in total weight.
