Great vid and would respectfully like to add the following additional ideas/comments to this project: Lower main mast and rest forks on a pallet. Allows chains and pipes to slacken. After disconnecting chains and removing top pulley assemble, unscrew the retainer as shown and when free use forklift hydraulics to raise the mast cyl until it just pops out the cyl housing. Replace the seals as shown and reassemble onto the piston. Pump out the oil in the cyl using a small liquid pump (drill type works well) into a clean container and using the plastic seal guide over the top of the cyl threaded area, lower piston into the cyl easily. Remove plastic seal guide and reassemble as shown. Just did this today by myself (Billy No Mates!!) and everything worked well. Hope this helps.
