There should be red handles you turn blows the front window out also there is manual lever to pull releases all hydraulics on the 299C model sure the newer ones have this also important things to know
Hard to believe that a machine only a couple of years old would have a hydraulic leak. Must be some really poor quality materials nowadays. Caterpillar uses that stupid electronic joystick control that can fail at any time. Older machines have fully mechanical controls and if the machine stops you can pull a knob to drop the attachment to the ground. SO glad you escaped that without injury.
@@TheBigDanShow It is really terrible that they do not seem to care. If someone loses their life over this it would be a terrible tragedy. Thank God you were able to escape without injury.
They leak months after purchase. Depending on how they run them and the maintenance they do daily. Some people run them and bever clean them up and allow for faults
