Would be ok to be around the 11% haste breakpoint only in while in moonkin form or do we really need to hit that breakpoint outside of form. im 3.7k resiliance at the moment and looking to optimize my offensive stats more. thx for the guide here, really good stuff
hey supatease, one correction worth mentioning is the mushroom debuff for 8% doesn't actually snapshot. It's the same as the mangle debuff enhancing bleeds. Only buffs get snapshot, debuffs are dynamic
A bit of a recommendation, since you are building it a lot around mana you could try a meta gem that increase gives you same amount of intellect and gives you 2% maximum mana instead of crit:)
I understand that this build is oriented around mana since the gear is shit, but back in the day good Moonkins used to actually throw in some hard casts. Starfire hits like a truck. Also Gale Winds increases your Cyclone range which is a must IMO. One point into the Furor should be enough to get instant Skull Bash, AOE dash and for Bash you can use Enrage.
Lunar Shower ive found to be bad for your aoe rotation as it will push you out of solar when you dot up all the mobs with sunfire and you want to stay in solar for aoe as it does the most dmg with mushrooms/sunfire/hurricane. found this to be especially true on Halfus heroic. i think its great for pvp but pve not so much.
