This video was very well done. I really liked the way that you showed abilities at the top of the screen to emphasize the order in which you used them.

Nothing better than seeing a glad feral in action. Gives me hope for our spec! Most of this seems common knowledge to be but the tiger's fury affecting bleeds was a new one to me, as I'd been informed it would increase bleed damage - but only for those 6 seconds. As I usually open hard with berserk on targets that could potentially mess me up it was sort of a forgotten ability to me, something I only used when I needed the energy. I know better now, thanks Miir!

Considering how fast my opener goes (on average, 4.7 seconds with globals) I pop tiger's fury before using my Ravage, and it lasts through application of bleeds

only thing i saw in this video is dont cheap out of your charges, when a mage blinks the second time bear charge, enrage, bash works wonders... and vs. a healer( i know you didint cover it) you can damage twist to get max dmg.. so once you dump your energy go to bear and bash(if dr allows) and mangle/maul, then back to cat with energy to use

@Qkerk Yup, currently Mastery is amazing for Ferals, and we still have a high chance to crit (50%+) With the resilience change, we're seeing a lot more crits, and because bleeds ignore armor, we're seeing more damage, even with the resilience buff to damage reduction. Overall, it's really fun :3

Great video, I'd like to see duel videos for 1v1 situations. Your commentary was a great bonus, so many videos are just watch, and listen to rock music :P

@smokeweedeveryday666 Savage Roar is basically used at the frequency Rogues use Slice and Dice. More specifically, it's basically when you are swapping targets and want to use your combo points, or when you are trying to gamble for a needed Predator's Swiftness proc. White damage is too low in PVP, and with the changes to Savage Roar and the rebalancing of our abilities, it's not a huge concern for a Feral to keep up Savage Roar unless it's at his convenience.

@DennioG I really have no idea why Ferals are saying this, unless it's from a PVE apsect. In PVP I feel like we've gotten a lot more and will definitely be useful in Cataclysm PVP, especially rated battlegrounds (and I'm not just talking flag running)

@Thor55mjollnir Savage Roar can still be used, but Maim will be using at a much higher frequency, plus you should be swapping targets a lot. Check out the link in the description for the complete video. I cover Savage Roar in it.

Very Informative, thank you for posting this. Well spoken and clear. Nice UI too. Did you draw that dark wispy stuff yourself? I especially liked the graphical representation of the order you used the abilities in being synchronized with the audio.

Now Im starting to wonder if I should go back to feral from boomkin. :) - By the way, how are you binding your keys? I have been having so much problems on getting proper keybinds on my druid that damn.

Great video, probably the best i have ever seen on feral druids. Pleeeeeease make a video on fighting mages. I can not seem to close the gap on them before they dps me down with blink having a shorter CD than feral charge

@arthas005 this was before the nerf to Glyph of Entangling Roots, Which gave Roots like a 5-10 second CD but it was an instant cast.

Pretty basic stuff in this video but it is great for any new ferals out there. Basic doesn't mean it is bad. :) I voted thumbs up. Good vid.

Great video! Now there needs to be a whole separate one for correct predatory strike proc usage. I think it brings Feral to the top of classes with a high skill ceiling. You can take this class/spec far with correct arena 1 2 3 and focus macro set up.

@MrThewolfy19 Yeah, you definitely want to get out of the habbit. It's going to be tough at first, but you need to have the practice to make your hands comfortable, as well as developing the coordination between your mind and hands. If you try hard, you can adapt over a few days or a few weeks. It's definitely worth learning.

Stampede was a great talent to add in :D I like to use Tiger's Fury DIRECTLY before Feral charge so my pounce and rake are magnified, because rip does lots of damage on its own over rake and pounce

@TheZenoid Tiger's Fury also generates energy, and is best used when you're on low energy. After Pounce, you should still have around 60 energy and a FREE Ravage. By the time you use Ravage, you should have about 70 energy, therefore eliminating the need to use Tiger's Fury.

@Costofwisdom1971 Yeah, not sure what I was thinking when I posted the other one. I just used the same clip and went with it without thinking. Added a few more clips in this one and got it right lol.

I realize this video is old and things have changed but in the second example of the rotation when mangle doesnt crit, you said to hit tigers fury before rake. I think you should highly consider using tigers fury after rake because you had 40 energy for the rake. Tigers fury when used puts your energy at full so you can instantly rip out of that. Giving you an additional 40 energy for shreds afterwards.

@Thesgfire Well, as of patch 4.2 Savage Roar got a quite significant buff. I preffer to use Savage Roar, if I'm rooted and got Rip on my target. I also use Savage Roar to get a Predatory Strikes proc if I need an instant cyclone, and I'm not in range to Maim, Bite or Rip.

@Wolfesscythe117 Mastery, by far, is a Feral's best friend.

Don't forget to safe your Feral Charge against hunters, elem shamys, locks with set "green base" (dont know the name xD) and mages. Most of them will immediately use their escape ability after the pounce and then you will need a Feral Charge to close the gap. :)

I got a question, i know that tiger's fury increase the damage by all bleeds, but why don't you use it when your low on energy so you gain the 60 energy when using it? or is it useless to spec?

@TooDarkPark1 Each race has a good racial but there isn't a single one that stands above the rest, so choose the race you like and you should be fine.

Hello Miir, I wanna start to play WoW again if Cataclysm starts, my plan was to lvl up a Feral Druid, but I read many Post saying the Feral Druid got Nerfed hard. Do you think a Feral Druid is still good in the Future?

Why there is savage roar in your rotation it is kinda useless now?

hello i have a few qustion. my rotations a tad different 1. What happen to SR> it my only affect auto attack but i usely feral charge, pounce, and then the 1 cpt i get from pounce i SR on and then i proceed to mangle, TF and rake, rip. 2nd i cant use shred for cpts unless tehy are maimed or bear bashed. i end up spaming mangle thus i got the glyph for it, what do u say? 3nd when would be the best time to apply FF?? Zeion on Mla'Ganis hit me up sometime

how much mastery do you have?. got almost 20 atm on my druid and my bleed is ticking pritty high. but i lack some crit in my pvp gear only 55% shal i reforge so i get 60%? or just stay whit 19,55 mastery?
