Celebrating the re-opening of Catalina's Airport in the Sky runway, Wrigley's DC-3 taking off and landing. May 3, 2019. After being closed for several months, a new concrete runway is now in place ready for your arrivals. Come on down and have a buffalo burger!

Great video!!! Loved seeing this DC-3 at KUAO last August (2022) on my Taxi past her ramp position - a few weeks later on another visit saw her fly out, eventually headed back home :-).

Still has the hump but the bump is gone. The bump used to launch me prior to correct take-off speed.

It doesn't. They use Cessna Caravans to make Costco runs in Long Beach.
