Spearfishing can be a very sustainable way of hunting and catching fish. Selecting exactly what fish you want and preparing it for the table is what its all about, i join up with a good friend Akshay who is a well known chef on the island and we put it all together from sea to table . This is what it is all about at the end of the day making some amazing food from your well deserved catch.

Below are some of the main spices we used in this dish , don't be afraid to experiment and have fun .
1/2 Fresh Grated coconut
1/2 Tsp Garlic powder
1/2 Tbsp coriander seeds
1 Tsp cumin seeds
1 Tsp Turmeric powder
1 Tsp Garam masala
4 Black paper corns
Plenty of home made garlic and parsley butter
