There’s a concrete ramp down to the beach at Hamnavoe, Eshaness, next to the pier. I’ve launched my inflatable from there to go to the Calders Geo cave. Cave leading into Hols o Scraada also a good dive. Y shaped cave connecting two geos to the Hols. I scuba dived it as there is no air in one of the tunnels.
Loved the video, amazing scenery, caves next level. Long time in a wetsuit - Hope you have some good wetsuit wash LOL! cheers for sharing the laughs and the Cook up at the end. F knows you looked freezing! And this is your summer right?? 🤣😂Stay safe, have fun, enjoy life! 👍😁🍻
Absolutely stunning! What a location!! How fishy are the waters? If that was Cornwall / Devon / North Wales that would be rammed with mullet and bass - I’m guessing it’s relatively barren?
Yeah mate it’s pretty baron well for fish life anyway , had a swim about for flattys but never seen anything. I have seen mullet once in a small bay in hight of summer couldn’t believe it
I live and play on the isle aswell and am curently looking for a fast small boat to be able to take me and possibly a few others safely and affectivly around costal waters. @SoulsUntapped
Great video! Fantastic footage! "Familiarity breeds contempt"? Great to have a friend along to open the eyes again. Stunning scenery. Great new suit! I got at Polo Sub at the end of last year (just basic and black, but a total indulgence and I love it, but the neck is a bit tight and I mean to change their beaver tail fastenings). I look forward to the next instalment. 👍 Mark
Thanks again man , my suit is also a bit tight in the neck but nothing major, if you ever get another one you can alway just change your measurements a bit
Welcome Back Crew underwater, nice to see you wet your gills again. Ripper Video, great fun to watch. Cheers for sharing the adventure, loved the editing very clever! Well done, Dive safe, have fun! 😁💪👍🍻
Awesome video! I think you make some of the best content for hunting, especially spearfishing! When you’re next in Cornwall, I’d love to come say hi! 😎🤙
ooohhh what a shame you did'n press the record button but anyway it is a good video, iam sorry you had to endure such a bad weather . also a super location, that house has so much caracter (and hopefully also some comfort)... love to see your next hunting video, cheers mate's
I know mate it’s always the way , I thought I’d escaped the wind from Shetland but must have followed me , thanks for the support glad you enjoyed the content hopefully have some cool stuff planed
Hahah that’s makes both of us , but think it’s the way it goes , appreciate the love man I don’t plan on stoping anytime soon maybe just bigger adventures haha
I watch a few spearfishing channels on RU-vid but I have to say your channel is one of the best keep up the good work and I hope you get more subscribers as you deserve them
Sorry about that mate , it’s pretty hard doing all a lot of fun and cool When you do get the shots on camera, although a lot of people manage to find everything wrong with kill shots lol . 😂 it was incredible out there so free and endless, cheers for the comment
440 m in that wind?? Really?? It’s shot in the guts! That’s 2ft of wind drift! That shot should never of been taken at all never mind shown on you tube!
Hey mate , appreciate your comment and taking the time to watch my channel, I’m sorry you feel that way and appreciate your very positive and constructive comment it’s very helpful . Cheers and happy hunting
@@SoulsUntapped in that wind 200 odd is plenty far enough and if the shot isn’t on then it’s not on, it’s hard to walk away I know but shot placement is key. On a day with no wind then if your confident and capable then yes 400 is a shot that can be taken but always try and get in to 300 odd maximum because you have to walk there to get it after the shot anyway so what’s crawling in another few yards gonna harm👍
@@delhogg5380 you are right there which is why I didn’t shoot in that wind as in wasn’t confident at the range and wind and couldn’t get any closer . Jake felt comfortable so took the shot . And the deer went down . I’m not going to be arguing about all this as nothing will ever be perfect in everyone’s eyes. So thanks again for commenting and taking the time to reply much appreciated happy hunting
@@SoulsUntapped I’m not arguing either honestly it’s friendly criticism,Jake obviously didn’t back up his confidence with where the shot ended up. Lesson learned hopefully and next time will think na not in that wind il hit it to far back👍happy hunting
Thermals, drones, drinking the night before?.............Amateurs using technology to short cut experience. Wot carrying the dog cross that stream?????
I carry my dog to keep her as dry as possible in -2 conditions. We often lay or crawl for 100’s of meters so looking after your companion and not having her getting hypothermia and arthritis is paramount. Thanks for your “expert” comments though 😂
@@richiedd4119 I’ve got a 270 on my ticket but just don’t have the funds for it yet , hopefully soon , Ended up getting on fine with the 243 though just had to get closer
