My brother and I had an amazing day of trout and sturgeon fishing! We cooked up the trout over a fire and caught several sturgeon in the main river! I've caught plenty of sturgeon fishing in creeks, but whenever I've been with friends on the main river, I've never got to man a rod, so it was pretty cool! Filmed on the Snake River.

Sturgeon measured from the tip of the nose to the fork in the tail. So the center notch in the tail to the tip of the nose. Hilarious hook set, Ive managed to pull one of those before as well. :)

Shasta Lake California is well Known for its fishing Especially Sturgeon. In my experience the Sturgeon fishing is really good off of the Pit River Arm. Worth checking out!(:

I'm right handed and wind with my left hand. That way I use my strong hand for fighting and off hand for reeling. Seems lots of people prefer the way you fish, but it looks harder to me........

Another amazing video by by you and your brother I have the same thing happened to a real I was using here in payette Idaho. It was a opencast real that had the metal round thing you open up and let you line out but it had when I came home and took it apart it had three metal things that were bald up in it that go on 2A in the middle of them around a piece of plastic that went in the real and then they flattened out and do three squares and I put that back on the plastic part and they came off again so I got rid of that real is that what happened to you too and what are those parts in there that do that.?
