Catch n' Cook Wild Trout Deep in the Mountains 

It was incredibly satisfying to catch wild trout in the mountains and cook them on my portable gas stove. Fishing mountain streams and rivers is not something I do all the time because it takes so much time and wild trout are much harder to catch than stocked trout. Let me tell you, they taste amazing! I think I could have cooked that trout with no seasoning and it still would have tasted good.
