Town of oyster bay waters . You have to check the New York, State, DEC website., they have maps for designated clamming areas, you need your local town permit and you can only harvest from your Town orders with that permit.
I don’t think they had a clue I was filming but they were a little intrusive lol , I didn’t mind the kid, but the parents/grandparents were just as bad 🤣
@@nelsonfelixoutdoors6095 Some asians dont keep leashes on their kids, sometimes they purposely act dumb and let their kids come beg me for bait and other stuff lol.
