Catch and Cook , Yellow tail Kingfish and Pink Maomao (Episode 74) 

In this episode i cook up the fish i shot the day before while out spearfishing in some of New Zealands best waters.
I decide to try a new method of cooking the fish by butterflying the Maomao using some butter and lemon along with salt and pepper , keeping it simple and banging it in the oven to bake.
I also get stuck into the king fish , making some sashimi as-well as bread crumbing and frying it up.
You can't beat fresh seafood and to use your own catch just makes it even better .
