As an FMA practicioner, I don't know if dumog(Filipino grappling) is as refined as cacc, but I'm sure I'll find out after acquiring this knowledge as well as the wrestling DVDs from fanatic wrestling.

@@thos1618 Erik Paulson, Neil Melanson, Roy Wood, etc are good Catch Wrestling. Follow them don’t follow Snakepit USA its snake oil sales.

@@MG-jn4ef I love Neil's stuff, but there's no rolling footage of him either. Most of the Catch guys are charlatans, but there are a few exceptions. This move is pretty suspect.
