that cobra choke is genius! I have found my self holding a rolling partner with their arm crossed their face like that before and didnt know where to go with it. Thank you so much!

Actually I'm a pure bjj guy with a high emphasis on leglocks and kimuras, but I have to say I love your submissions , they are so out of the box and unconventional. Great work. I will definetly try to incorporate more CACC into my style. thank you

Nice I was pulling the giftwrap too hard and not cutting the angle, getting in my own way with the "fist choke" cobra clutch variation... Now time to try out this way

That wrist lock,if If I secure the wrist,but not in the way to get a submission, can I use that in Folkstyle,legally, to get a pin? It looks like you have quite a bit more control than going for a standard head and arm.

I would focus on the over under position/ride itself, Basing the legs properly (jack leg and drive leg) and pressure down through the shoulder blades via the diaphragm while “talking on the phone” with the underhook hand and near side knee under their shoulder would be more useful for the pin. If done properly you can get a submission just from the pressure. Just make sure the only part of you touching the ground is the sole of the jack leg foot and the toes of the driving leg. 👍🏻 - J. Bane
