Thank you so much for this video! I’m in the midst of my severe CFS/Limbic impairment recovery and I just tested positive for Covid. I’ve made such good progress in the last 4 months so testing positive for Covid really jolted my system today. I feel much better now after watching this video 🩷
@@mindbodyintegrateit was encouraging to see my body fight it off so well. I was optimistic it would jumpstart the immune system to knock down the long haul but no luck. Grateful it didn’t make things worse tho.
