@@104silvae I'll have to try that! Whole or filleted? I usually cook them whole in the oven, stuffed with onion, herbs and lemon but grilling with the maple syrup was SO GOOD. Seriously I'll bet the brown sugar is similar though. Cheers my friend!!
Great video thanks for sharing. I cant comment on how I cook trout as Ive never had it but that is going to change soon as I have been working on little project to get myself out on the lake and hopefully not get skunked. Tight lines
Years ago when I went fishing I would take a frying pan, a six pack of beer, and a salt shaker. Cook them in beer with a little salt. You might also take a lemon or two. I found that fresh fish has hardly any taste to it.
