In this episode i go coho salmon fishing on a bridge in the middle of the street. we went across most of the river and couldn't catch anything, but when we pulled the boat out of the water we started catching them every cast off of a bridge! Crazy day of fishing with the boys.

I would have kept that first one you caught even though it was dark it smokes up nice and it had eggs that was a female and in Washington will use a lot of eggs for fishing procure them they are amazing for steelhead

I caught one chum salmon my entire life. The drag went out and i had a guy handlining it in while i reeled it in. We ate that one because they couldn't sell a chum salmon. They call it a dog salmon because they used to get fed to the dogs. It didn't taste that bad though

Just an FYI salmon and trout can carry a parasite that is not harmful to us but passed to a dog can be deadly . It causes what is called Salmon poising . If a dog licks or bites raw salmon or trouts they can have that parasite passed to them . It is a very painful death . It is an important message to pass on to other anglers . Thank you .
