Great video sucks that you lost that downrigger ball but that’s fishing and you took it really well having the two boys watching them. Fish brings back all kinds of good memories are me and my two boys. We never had a bad day on the water. See you soon.

Met you and your older boy last week at the store. Good to meet you. I'll see you again this weekend! Th Fri Sat Are the kings close yet? I saw you went right at the exit of the bay the other day. I'll be bugging you for spots as usual. Finally got halibut figured out. Got halibut, rockfish, and silvers dialed....now for the kings and lings....
They are close! I had motor problems but we caught 2 decent kings. I was limping around on my kicker motor so i didn't want to fish for too long with no back up other than an anchor 😂

BOOOM Baby! Such an awesome place in the world and doesn't get much better than a hot king bite in shallow. These fish now don't stand a chance with you getting em in the bay and in front of your house! :)
I'm not even afraid to admit your son probably knows more than me about salmon fishing! Start em young love it!!!! I'm from Colorado I wish I had the opportunity to do this type of fishing!!! I just got back from the Olympic national park going all over trying to catch something but every water started closing as soon as I got there. I literally only fished 1 river out of the 7-8 I had planned
Hes a pretty good little fisherman. He learned really fast. He's a huge help on the boat. Thats a bummer you couldn't fish much on your trip up this way. Thanks for watching

@@fathersonoutdoors8049 honestly I have been going once a year for the last 6-7 years... I fell in love as soon as I got there my first time!!!! I have been planning on moving I really want to live the "van life" and explore and see what all the PNW is truly all about! It's something completely different than what I'm used to but truly feels like home.
