Good job, Dad! I can tell you’ve been teaching your boys for quite some time. Bo is already operating independently and Kasen is well on his way. Great memories out there on the water!
Glad I found your channel. I was your boys age when my grandfather took me fishing and I'm still doing it 70 years later. Keep making life long memories, tight lines.
Outstanding father, best way in the world to raise your children out on the water, enjoying the outdoors. Keep your kids involved that’s how they should grow up. Good luck and lines tight!
Hi im soo happy tohave found youre videoes my folks n i fished the straight too wheni was a kid its like going home watching you n y9ure kids out there fishing id love to go home n fish my heart out i m 58 n havent bedn home since i was i think 14
Awesome day on the water My son and I go fishing almost every weekend for salmon when they're running. Now I want to get a boat again after watching this!
Mad respect on how your bringing your boys up the rite way thru fishing my fondest memories are doing the same with my dad congrats Bo on the pb Washington state here
Way to raise your kids the right way - those two ( even being so young ) are the best to have on the water with you - netting fish, driving the boat, handling of fishing gear - seriously impressive!!!
Outstanding, always fun to watch Bo handle all his gear. He's turning into quite the fisherman! I just returned from a trip off the north end of Vancouver island.......alot of kings still headed your way and some of the best lingcod fishing I've experienced. Keep up the videos. 😀
Awesome! Great video and outstanding job out there! Enjoyed watching this very much. Keep up the great work my friend! And as always, #FATHER&SONOUTDOORS ROCKS!!!
Another great video. Love the excitement you all exude every time you land a fish. That’s what fishing is all about. Would love to fish with you all some day.
You are a very lucky man, you son is an absolute slayer you can see he is very passionate about fishing at such a young age, really cool. Reminds me of me when I was a young man. Greetings from Portland Oregon
Thank you! I sure am! He takes things pretty serious out there. Not bad for a 9 y/o lol. He's an old soul for sure. Thank you for watching and we're glad you enjoyed our video
What a great day fishing. Brings back memories of fishing with my two sons that are in their 30s now. The memories are priceless as are your sons love for their Dad. Way to bring them up....
Both the boys have taken on driving the boat. They have a lot to learn, but like you said, it gives them the confidence and also makes them feel more involved. Thank you for watching 😊
You guys got some nice fish on this trip!my family lived in Alaska in the late 50's and 60's fished Seward , reserection bay, the Russian and American rivers! Loved it up there. Learned a lot from my dad! You do well with your sons keep up the good work.
Great father and sons time! I have same age sons. I’m surprised how you handle everything with just two boys on the boat. I’m just starting puget sound fishing this year. My next wish is to learn spots and techniques to fish Neah bay. Thanks for sharing information! Love your video!
Beau, my older son, had learned quick and makes things a lot easier on me. He's been fishing since he could hold a rod which was around 2. Beau being able to steer and run the down riggers have been so much help. Thank you for watching and hopefully you make your way up here to fish
No idea how envious and happy I’m to see you and your son out there crushing them. My crap whole state has screwed the salmon up so bad that we are dead in the water down here. Always enjoy your videos brother, hope to be able to do this same thing with my son who’s 2 now.
We've been lucky to have a good run this season. Beau started trout fishing at two. Somehow he caught his first steelhead at 3, his older sister had to help him, she was 5 lol. There is nothing like fishing with your kids. It requires a lot of patience at first, but well worth the time.
What's the point if you aren't getting excited 😂😂. No, i just really enjoy fishing and showing my boys what it's all about. Thank you again for commenting and watching
This vid just made my day. You guys are one awesome crew of dudes! Thanks for letting us be part of it. Is that just up and around the corner from the marina there? July? I need to get on a charter for some of that action! I’m in A9/10 and it’s good, but I want what you guys had!!! Keep them vids coming!
Cpt. Mike on the "A Salt Weapon" has a good setup for salmon. We are local to Neah Bay, Makah Nation, so we are able to fish a little later than the state anglers, this was in early August
@@fathersonoutdoors8049 I saw your vid with captain Mike. Thanks for the info! I have a 24’ glass boat that could handle the conditions but just not confident enough in my own captaincy to make the run there so sticking with charters are the best move for me. Thanks for the reply! Wishing you many more days like this to come
I want to do some fishing out of neah bay this summer. I have a smaller 19ft boat that i wouldnt want to run to far if conditions get rough. Im curious are you just right north of neah bay?
I fish out of Neah Bay Washington, im right where the Pacific Ocean meets the straight of juan de fuca. I mainly fish the straight. Thank you for the sub!
Hey are you Anthony? Think we did some fly fishing together like 17 years ago, my buddy was filming a TV show. We were in your leaky boat while they used my whaler.
🤣🤣🤣. Yes i remember. We almost sank a few times. We fished for coho and sea bass by tattoosh and it was pretty rough. That boat was a old navy surplus boat
@@fathersonoutdoors8049 awesome! Yeah, couple of those leaks were no joke, haha!! That was a fun couple days. I’m heading out to sekiu tomorrow. Do you still work at big salmon? I’ll try and stop by if I head out there. Good to see you still fishing!!
